Terms and Conditions of the Online Store Labelink.pl
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The online store available at www.labelink.pl is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, the conditions for concluding and terminating sales agreements, placing orders, payments, deliveries, withdrawal from the agreement, complaints, and the rules for processing personal data.
The information posted on the Store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the applicable law, good practices, and these Terms and Conditions.
II. DEFINITIONS
Seller – Labelink Wojciech Janota.
Store – the online service available at www.labelink.pl.
Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Store’s services.
Consumer – a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Product – a work produced by the Seller based on an individual Client’s order or a ready-made product offered in the Store.
Project – a graphic file or set of information provided by the Client for the execution of the Product.
Agreement – a sales agreement or contract for specific work concluded remotely between the Client and the Seller.
Order Form – an interactive form available in the Store enabling the Client to place an order.
Account – the Client’s individual profile in the Store containing their data and order history.
III. TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
The services provided by the Seller include:
a) the sale of personalized products,
b) the possibility of creating an account in the Service,
c) a newsletter service.
Using the services requires a device with a web browser and Internet access.
Using the Service requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
IV. CONDITIONS OF CONCLUDING AN AGREEMENT
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Service.
The condition for fulfilling an order is submitting a correct project (if required), selecting the product and its parameters, providing personal data, and making payment.
The Agreement is concluded once the Client receives confirmation of order acceptance from the Seller.
All products offered in the Store are made exclusively to individual Client orders. The Store does not keep ready-made stock. Information about availability means the possibility of order fulfillment by the Seller, not physical stock “on hand.”
V. PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Delivery costs are provided separately.
Available payment methods: Przelewy24, PayPal, traditional bank transfer.
Order processing begins after the payment has been credited.
VI. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
The fulfillment time is determined individually depending on the specifics of the order.
Products are delivered via courier companies.
The Client is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
VII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The Client has the right to submit a complaint in case of:
non-conformity of the Product with the order (e.g., incorrect print, format, quantity),
damage to the Product during transport,
quality or technical defects of the Product.
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@labelink.pl or in writing to the Seller’s registered address.
A complaint should include:
the Client’s name or company name,
order or invoice number,
description of the problem and any photos confirming the non-conformity or damage,
the Client’s request (e.g., replacement, correction, partial refund).
The Seller shall respond to complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a complaint is accepted, the Seller shall:
correct or replace the Product with a new defect-free item as soon as possible, or
if this is not possible, refund the whole or part of the amount paid.
Complaints regarding mechanical damage during transport will only be considered if a damage report was prepared with the courier at the time of delivery.
Personalized products (made to individual order) may only be complained about with respect to defects attributable to the Seller.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement has the right to withdraw from it without giving reasons within 14 days from receiving the Product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements where the Product is made according to the Consumer’s specification or serves to meet their individualized needs (e.g., personalized products).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit an unambiguous statement (e.g., by e-mail to kontakt@labelink.pl).
The Consumer is obliged to return the Product in an unchanged condition no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Consumer.
Refunds (including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered by the Seller) will be made promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Product or confirmation of its return.
IX. COPYRIGHT
The Client declares that they hold the rights to the projects submitted.
The Seller is not responsible for violations of third-party rights resulting from executing the project provided by the Client.
The Client grants the Seller a non-exclusive license for the duration of the order fulfillment, to the extent necessary for its execution.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the website www.labelink.pl.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Amendments are effective upon publication.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 25, 2025.
